基于Peplau人际关系理论的床旁护理模式对子宫肌瘤手术患者的影响

摘　　要：目的分析基于Peplau人际关系理论的床旁护理模式对子宫肌瘤手术患者的影响。方法选取2020年8月—2021年8月在昌图县中心医院进行子宫肌瘤手术的患者240例,采取随机数字表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,对照组采取一般护理,观察组采取基于Peplau人际关系理论的床旁护理,比较2组患者不同护理方法的应用效果。结果护理后,观察组心理状况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后恢复情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者疾病相关知识知晓率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于Peplau人际关系理论的床旁护理模式有利改善患者心理状况,促进患者术后恢复和提高患者对子宫肌瘤相关知识的知晓率,患者满意度高。Objective To analyze the influence of bedside nursing mode based on Peplau's interpersonal relationship theory on patients undergoing hysteromyoma surgery.Methods Select 240 patients who underwent uterine fibroids surgery in changtu county central hospital from August 2020 to August 2021,and divide them into observation group and control group using random number table method.The control group adopts general nursing,while the observation group adopts bedside nursing based on Peplau interpersonal relationship theory.Compare the application effects of different nursing methods for the two groups of patients.Results After nursing,the psychological status of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative recovery of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The awareness rate of disease related knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The bedside nursing mode based on Peplau's interpersonal relationship theory is beneficial to improve the patients'psychological status,promote the patients'recovery after surgery,and improve the patients'awareness of uterine leiomyoma related knowledge,with high patient satisfaction.
