协同护理指导联合积极心理干预在年轻宫颈癌患者术后镇痛期间的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨协同护理指导联合积极心理干预对年轻宫颈癌患者腹腔镜术后阿片类镇痛药用量及心理弹性影响。方法:选择2019年10月—2022年10月我院妇科接受治疗的86例腹腔镜下行全子宫切除术患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(43例)和研究组(43例)。对照组患者采用常规护理干预,研究组患者则采用协同护理指导联合积极心理干预。比较两组术后瑞芬太尼用药量、心理弹性水平及生活质量评分。结果:研究组术后1、2、4、6、24、48 h瑞芬太尼用药量少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组心理弹性量表评分及生活质量各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:年轻宫颈癌患者腹腔镜术中应用协同护理指导联合积极心理干预,可减少患者术后阿片类镇痛药物的用量,实现自我管理、自我调节,提升心理弹性水平,并增强患者的社会认同感,提升生活质量水平。Objective:To explore the effect of collaborative nursing guidance combined with positive psychological intervention on the dosage of opioid analgesics and psychological resilience in young patients with cervical cancer after laparoscopic surgery.Methods:A total of 86 patients with laparoscopic total hysterectomy who received treatment in the gynecology department of Henan Provincial People’s Hospital from October 2019 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(43 patients)and study group(43 patients)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,while the study group was treated with collaborative nursing guidance combined with positive psychological intervention.The dosage of remifentanil,mental resilience and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results:The dosage of remifentanil in the study group was less than that in the control group at 1,2,4,6,24,48 h after operation(P<0.05).The scores of psychological resilience scale and quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of collaborative nursing guidance combined with positive psychological intervention during laparoscopic surgery in young patients with cervical cancer can reduce the amount of postoperative opioid analgesic drugs,achieve self-management and self-regulation,improve the level of psychological resilience,enhance the social identity of patients,and improve the quality of life.
