摘　　要：化疗药物引起的骨髓抑制属于严重的药品不良反应。本文对临床药师参与1例乳腺癌化疗致Ⅳ度骨髓抑制并发中性粒细胞缺乏伴发热患者的药学监护进行总结,以期为临床药师在综合评估患者病情、参与严重不良反应处置过程、制定抗感染治疗方案等方面提供参考。Myelosuppression caused by chemotherapy drugs is a serious adverse drug reaction.This paper summarized the pharmaceutical care of a patient with gradeⅣmyelosuppression complicated with neutropenia and fever caused by chemotherapy for breast cancer by clinical pharmacists,in order to provide reference for clinical pharmacists in comprehensively evaluating the patient’s condition,participating in the treatment of serious adverse reactions,and formulating anti-infective treatment plans.
