摘　　要：随着我国老龄化人口加速,脑卒中发病人数也在不断增多,且该病致残率亦日渐增高,找出防治该病的药物治疗方案,合理运用他汀类药物,降低患者血脂水平,已成为临床治疗疾病中的关键。本文综述他汀类药物防治脑卒中的作用机理、合理用药及不良反应情况,以期为临床应用他汀类药物防治疾病,提供合理方案。With the accelerated aging population in China,the number of strokes is increasing and the disability rate of the disease is also increasing,so it has become the key in clinical treatment to find out the drug treatment plan to prevent and treat the disease,and to use statins reasonably to lower the lipid level of patients.This article reviews the mechanism of action,rational use and adverse effects of statins in the prevention and treatment of stroke,with the aim of providing a reasonable solution for the clinical application of statins in the prevention and treatment of the disease.
