阿奇霉素抗感染治疗的药理作用、临床应用与不良反应研究

摘　　要：阿奇霉素因其抗菌谱广泛且临床治疗效果确切,被广泛用于支原体肺炎、腹泻和某些其他肠道感染所致疾病中。但阿奇霉素长期使用可引起恶心、呕吐、腹泻、胃部不适、过敏反应、腹泻等不良反应,因此其临床应用受到限制。因此,如何正确、合理应用阿奇霉素进行抗感染治疗对提高疗效、降低不良反应发生风险至关重要。本文就阿奇霉素的药理学作用及其在呼吸道感染、皮肤软组织感染、尿路感染、其他感染中的应用作一综述,以期为其临床应用提供一定的参考。Azithromycin is widely used in mycoplasma pneumonia,diarrhea and some other diseases caused by intestinal infection because of its wide antibacterial spectrum and definite clinical therapeutic effect.However,long-term use of azithromycin can cause nausea,vomiting,diarrhea,stomach discomfort,allergic reactions,diarrhea and other adverse reactions,so its clinical application is limited.Therefore,how to correctly and reasonably use azithromycin for anti-infection treatment is very important to improve the efficacy and reduce the risk of adverse reactions.This article reviews the pharmacological effects of azithromycin and its application in respiratory tract infection,skin and soft tissue infection,urinary tract infection and other infections,in order to provide some reference for its clinical application.
