摘 要:目的:探讨左西孟旦联合重组人脑利钠肽治疗脓毒症心肌损伤的疗效及对血清sTREM-1、HMGB1及心肌钙蛋白水平(cTnI)的影响。方法:选取2019年3月—2020年3月本院就诊的脓毒症心肌损伤患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组予以重组人脑利钠肽治疗,观察组则予以左西孟旦+重组人脑利钠肽治疗,比较两组治疗效果、血清指标。结果:观察组有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);观察组sTREM-1、HMGB1、CK-MB、cTnI水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:左西孟旦联合重组人脑利钠肽应用于脓毒症心肌损伤患者的治疗效果较好,能够降低血清sTREM-1、HMGB1及心肌钙蛋白水平,提升治疗效果,利于预后。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of levosimendan combined with recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide in the treatment of sepsis related myocardial injury and its effect on serum sTREM-1,HMGB1 and cardiac troponin(cTnI)levels.Methods:A total of 80 patients with sepsis related myocardial injury who were treated in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide,while the observation group was treated with levosimendan+recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide.The therapeutic effect and serum indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of sTREM-1,HMGB1,CK-MB and cTnI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Levosimendan combined with recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide has a good therapeutic effect in the treatment of patients with sepsis related myocardial injury,which can reduce the levels of serum sTREM-1,HMGB1 and cardiac troponin,improve the therapeutic effect and be beneficial to the prognosis.
