摘　　要：目的:探讨槐花消痔汤联合针灸、耳穴辅助治疗顺产后痔疮症状的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2019年1月—2022年1月收治的76例顺产后痔疮患者作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组38例。对照组应用常规马应龙痔疮膏治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加槐花消痔汤联合针灸、耳穴进行辅助治疗。比较两组临床效果,中医证候积分、短期痔疮水肿情况、疼痛情况及不良反应情况。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组肛门瘙痒、肛缘水肿、小便赤短、便时有肿物脱出、血随便下中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组痔疮水肿评分、VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对顺产后痔疮症状发作患者应用槐花消痔汤联合针灸、耳穴辅助治疗能够进一步减轻患者临床症状,提升治疗效果,而且能够在短期及时减轻患者的痔疮水肿程度与疼痛感,安全性较高,值得临床借鉴。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Huaihua Xiaozhi decoction combined with acupuncture and auricular points in the treatment of hemorrhoids after spontaneous delivery.Methods:Seventy-six patients with hemorrhoids after spontaneous delivery admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and the random number table method was applied to divide the observation group and the control group,with 38 patients in each group.The control group was treated by applying conventional Ma Yinglong hemorrhoid cream,and the observation group was treated by adding acupuncture and auricular acupuncture in combination with Huaihua Xiaozhi decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects,TCM evidence points,short-term hemorrhoid edema,pain and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The total clinical treatment efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the anal pruritus,anal edge edema,red and short urine,swelling prolapse during stool,and blood casually under the Chinese medicine symptom score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the hemorrhoid edema score and VAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:For patients with hemorrhoids symptoms after spontaneous delivery,the application of Huaihua Xiaozhi decoction combined with acupuncture and auricular point therapy can further reduce the clinical symptoms and improve the therapeutic effect.Meanwhile,it can also reduce the degree of hemorrhoids edema and pain in a short time,with high safety,which is worthy of clinical reference.
