摘　　要：目的:分析综合护理在胃瘫综合征患者术后用药康复期间的应用效果。方法:选择2021年5月—2022年12月我院行莫沙必利治疗消化道肿瘤介入术后胃瘫综合征患者198例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组99例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理,比较两组用药依从性、护理满意度、焦虑评量表情况。结果:观察组用药总依从率、满意度高于对照组,焦虑评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在消化道肿瘤介入术后胃瘫综合征中实施综合护理可提升患者用药依从性,缓解因疾病带来的负面情绪,提升对护理的满意度。Objective:To analyze the effect of comprehensive care in patients with gastric paralysis syndrome during postoperative medication rehabilitation.Methods:From May 2021 to December 2022,198 patients with gastroparesis syndrome after interventional treatment of gastrointestinal tumors in our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 99 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing.The medication compliance,nursing satisfaction and anxiety scale were compared between the two groups.Results:The total medication compliance rate and satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the anxiety score was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of comprehensive nursing in gastroparesis syndrome after digestive tract tumor intervention can improve patients’medication compliance,alleviate the negative emotions caused by the disease,and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
