摘　　要：目的:分析探究人性化护理干预在卡瑞利珠单抗治疗中晚期肝细胞癌患者中的应用效果。方法:选取我院2021年10月—2022年10月期间收治的中晚期肝细胞癌患者78例作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法将其分成对照组和观察组,每组39例。两组均实施卡瑞利珠单抗治疗,对照组采取常规护理干预,观察组则采用人性化护理干预,比较两组用药依从性、护理效果及不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组用药依从性、护理效果评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为7.69%,低于对照组的28.21%(P<0.05)。结论:在卡瑞利珠单抗治疗的中晚期肝细胞癌患者中应用人性化护理干预方式具有十分积极的价值,能够有效改善患者的用药依从性,促进药效的提高,有效防止或降低不良反应的发生,具有临床应用价值。Objective:To analyze and explore the application effect of humanized nursing intervention in patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma treated with carrelizumab.Methods:A lot of 78 patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 39 patients in each group.Both groups were treated with carrelizumab,the control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,while the observation group was treated with humanized nursing intervention.Drug compliance,nursing effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The medication compliance and nursing effect score in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.69%,which was lower than 28.21%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of humanized nursing intervention in patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma treated with carrelizumab has a very positive value.It can effectively improve the patient’s medication compliance,promote the improvement of efficacy,effectively prevent or reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and has clinical application value.
