摘　　要：心房颤动是临床常见心律失常,不仅导致左心房结构和功能重构,在其发生、发展过程中对右心房结构和功能也有影响。超声心动图包括二维和实时三维超声心动图、组织多普勒成像、斑点追踪成像等,在评价心房颤动患者左心房及右心房结构和功能中发挥重要作用。本文就超声心动图评价心房颤动患者心房结构和功能的研究进展作一综述。Atrial fibrillation is one of the common arrhythmias,which not only leads to the left atrial structure and function remodeling,but also affects the right atrial structure and function during its occurrence and development.Echocardiography,including two-dimensional and real-time three-dimensional echocardiography,tissue Doppler imaging and speckle tracking imaging,plays an important role in clinical evaluation of the left and right atrial structure and function in patients with atrial fibrllation.This paper reviews the research progress of echocardiography in evaluating atrial structure and function of patients with atrial fibrillation.
