摘 要:膀胱平滑肌细胞(BSMC)是一种功能可塑性的细胞,通过测定不同状态下细胞所表达的优势蛋白,可将其区分为"收缩表型"或"合成表型"。BSMC表型转化和膀胱功能障碍(BD)密切相关,即由"收缩表型"向"合成表型"转化。本文将就BSMC表型的概念、分子标志物研究和不同类型致病因素相关BD与BSMC表型转化的内在联系等方面进行梳理与阐释,结合已有的研究成果,展望调节BSMC表型转化在BD诊治领域的应用潜力。Bladder smooth muscle cells(BSMCs)are one kind of functional plastic cells.By measuring the dominant protein expressed by the cells in different states,they can be divided into"contractive phenotype"or"synthetic phenotype".Bladder dysfunction(BD)is closely related to the BSMCs phenotypic transformation:from"contractive phenotype"to"synthetic phenotype".This article will sort out and explain the concept of BSMCs phenotype,the study of molecular markers,and the internal relationship between BD and BSMCs phenotypic transformation related to different types of pathogenic factors.Combining with the existing research results,it will look forward to the application potential of regulating BSMCs phenotypic transformation in the field of LUTS diagnosis and treatment.
