摘　　要：Tang Chongnan(1940-2023)is a prestigious Chinese scholar of Japanese history.He entered the Department of History of Peking University in September 1959 and began to study Japanese history under the guidance of Zhou Yiliang and he graduated in August 1964.After graduation,he began to work at Institute of World History,CASS.
