摘　　要：[目的/意义]梳理国内外文化贫困的相关研究成果,归纳总结现有研究存在的问题,可为本领域研究提供参考借鉴。[方法/过程]利用法文、英文等多语种及多类型文献资源,从文化贫困基础理论、识别与治理等方面对国内外研究成果进行综述,包括定义文化贫困概念的内涵与外延、探究文化贫困成因,以个人(群体)、组织和地域划分文化贫困类型,围绕文化贫困识别指标体系的相关研究进行归纳总结,落脚于各类型文化贫困治理研究,进而探寻符合我国国情的文化贫困研究路径。[结果/结论]文化贫困研究应强化基础理论,拓展研究领域,关注时代议题,加强监测研究,确立治理导向,从而完善理论研究体系,指导文化贫困的消减,促进文化贫困的治理,推动高质量公共文化服务的发展。[Purpose/significance]Sorting out the relevant achievements of domestic and foreign cultural poverty research and summarizing the existing problems can provide reference for the researchers in this field.[Method/Process]This article used multilingual and multi-type literature resources such as French and English to review research achievements at home and abroad in terms of basic theories,identification and governance of cultural poverty,including defining the connotation and extension of the concept,exploring the causes,dividing the types by individuals(groups),organizations,and regions,and summarizing relevant research on the identification index system,focusing on the governance of various types of it,and exploring a research path that is in line with China's national conditions.[Result/Conclusion]The research on cultural poverty should strengthen the basic theory,expand the research field,pay attention to the issues of the times,strengthen the monitoring and research,and establish the governance orientation,so as to improve the theoretical research system,guide the reduction of cultural poverty,promote the governance,and increase the development of high-quality public cultural services.
