摘　　要：[目的/意义]美国的文化贫困治理体系由政府、文化服务机构和社会力量构成,通过科学分工和资源整合,产生了显著的治理成效,值得我国学习。[方法/过程]通过典型案例,分析美国文化贫困治理的主体、对象、方式、资源和成效,从政策、项目、运行机制等角度提炼可资借鉴的治理经验。[结果/结论]文化贫困治理需要明确主体定位、拓宽资助渠道、提升供给效率、拓展服务内容、创新制度设计、健全评估体系、开展跨境治理。[Purpose/significance]The governance system of cultural poverty in the United States is composed of government,cultural service institutions and social forces.Through scientific division of labor and resource integration,the system has produced significant governance results,which is worth learning from in China.[Method/Process]Through typical cases,this paper analyzed the main body,object,mode,resources and effectiveness of the governance of cultural poverty in the United States,and extracted governance experience that could be used for reference from its policies,projects,and operating mechanisms.[Result/Conclusion]The governance of cultural poverty needs to clarify the entity positioning,broaden funding channels,improve supply efficiency,expand service contents,innovate system design,improve the evaluation system,and carry out cross-border governance.
