科研生命周期视角下高校图书馆数字学术服务用户需求差异性研究

摘　　要：[目的/意义]高校图书馆在科技创新中承担着重要使命与责任。为推动我国高校图书馆建设更加完善的数字学术服务体系,从用户需求角度入手,聚焦不同学科属性与科研身份的用户对科研生命周期不同阶段的数字学术服务的需求差异。[方法/过程]在文献调研基础上,通过主题分析构建包含5个科研阶段15项内容的高校图书馆数字学术服务框架。基于该框架设计调查问卷,采用KANO模型法,从兴奋型需求、期望型需求、基本型需求、无差异需求和逆向需求这5种类型,分析比较不同科研身份与学科属性的用户对科研生命周期不同阶段的数字学术服务存在的需求差异。[结果/结论]不同科研身份与学科属性的用户对科研生命周期不同阶段的数字学术服务存在显著需求差异。科研选题构思阶段的服务多满足用户的基本型需求,科研项目实施和成果出版阶段的服务多满足用户的兴奋型与期望型需求,整个科研生命周期中暂不存在逆向型需求的数字学术服务。未来,高校图书馆可将期望型和兴奋型需求作为数字学术服务的建设重点,促进不同科研身份用户的需求表达,提供差异化服务。同时,拓宽数字学术服务体系对科研生命周期不同阶段的覆盖程度,不断提升用户满意度。[Purpose/significance]University libraries play an important role and take significant responsibilities in scientific innovations.To encourage the improvement of university libraries'digital scholarship services(DSS)in China,this study looks into the issue from the perspective of users'needs and investigates the differences of the needs for DSS of users with different discipline background and research roles in different stages of research lifecycle.[Method/Process]Based on the literature review,this study built a university library DSS framework with 5 research stages and 15 service contents by thematic analysis.By applying the framework,this study designed a questionnaire and applied KANO method to compare the differences of needs for DSS in five aspects,namely attractive need,one-dimensional need,must-be need,indifferent need,and reverse need.[Result/Conclusion]The results show that the users in different discipline backgrounds and research roles have significant different needs for DSS in different stages of research lifecycle.DSS for formulating research ideas mainly meet the must-be needs.DSS for conducting research and publishing results mainly meet the attractive and one-dimensional needs.Currently,no reverse needs are found for DSS in all research lifecycle stages.In future,university libraries can focus more on users'attractive and one-dimensional needs,encourage the users in different research roles to express their needs so as to provide personalized DSS.Also,they can increase the coverage of DSS for different stages of research lifecycle and finally improve users'satisfaction.
