摘　　要：基于TPB理论向度,归纳和提取虚拟学术群组用户跨学科科研合作行为的影响因素,并引入跨学科科研合作行为意愿在影响因素与行为之间的中介作用;根据自我结构理论,引入自我结构类型对影响因素的调节作用,构建虚拟学术群组用户跨学科科研合作行为研究模型,利用调查问卷收集科学网和Mendeley总共479份样本数据,通过PLS~SEM方法对研究模型展开分析验证。研究结果表明,感知有用性、利他动机、学科文化和资源可用性通过跨学科科研合作行为意愿的中介作用间接显著影响跨学科科研合作行为;自我价值和互惠受自我结构类型的调节,自立自我负向显著调节互惠与Mendenly用户跨学科科研合作行为意愿的关联性;依存自我负向显著调节自我价值与科学网用户跨学科科研合作行为意愿的关联性。探索虚拟学术群组用户跨学科科研合作行为的影响因素,有助于推进跨学科科研合作行为和提升科研用户知识共享效率。Based on the TPB theory dimension,summarize and extract the influencing factors of virtual academic group users'interdisciplinary research cooperation behavior,and introduce the mediating effect of interdisciplinary research cooperation behavior willingness between influencing factors and behavior;Based on the theory of self structure,the moderating effect of self structure types on influencing factors is introduced to construct a research model for interdisciplinary research cooperation behavior of virtual academic group users.A total of 479 sample data from ScienceNet and Mendeley are collected using a survey questionnaire,and the research model is analyzed and validated using PLS~SEM methods.The research results indicate that perceived usefulness,altruistic motivation,disciplinary culture,and resource availability indirectly and significantly affect interdisciplinary research cooperation behavior through the mediating effect of willingness to engage in interdisciplinary research cooperation behavior;Self value and reciprocity are regulated by the type of self structure,and selfreliance negatively regulates the correlation between reciprocity and Mendenly users'willingness to engage in interdisciplinary research cooperation;The negative regulation of self-reliance significantly regulates the correlation between self-worth and the willingness of scientific network users to engage in interdisciplinary research cooperation.Exploring the influencing factors of interdisciplinary research cooperation behavior among virtual academic group users can help promote interdisciplinary research cooperation behavior and improve the efficiency of knowledge sharing among research users.
