摘　　要：信息技术促进了智慧医院科研的快速发展。通过对科研各业务环节进行顶层设计,研发了智慧医院科研管理系统。功能包括科研信息数据的一体化部署,数据存储与可视化,自动监控项目与线上结题考核,无纸化非接触式办公,全流程数字化质控,临床和科研一体化管理等。该系统促进了科技量值体系科学化管理,有利于提升科研管理工作效率。Digital technology has promoted the rapid development of scientific research in smart hospitals.Through the top-level design of the business management of each link of scientific research,the smart hospital scientific research management system was developed.Functions included integrated deployment of scientific research information data,data storage and visualization,automatic monitoring of projects and online conclusion assessment,paperless contactless office,digital quality control of the whole process,and integrated management of clinical and scientific research.This system promoted the scientific management of science and technology quantitative value system and was conducive to improving the efficiency of scientific research management.
