摘　　要：目的使用医疗领域购买力平价指数对安宁疗护服务现行收费标准进行折算,提出安宁疗护服务收费建议。方法使用2017年世界银行发布的医疗领域购买力平价指数对美国、英国、日本、中国香港地区和中国台湾地区住院和居家两类安宁疗护服务收费标准进行折算。结果纳入国家和地区住院安宁疗护服务收费(按床日收费)在1487元/日~2641元/日之间,常规居家安宁疗护服务收费(按诊次收费)在300元/次~1409元/次之间,危重/临终患者居家安宁疗护服务收费(按诊次收费)在964/次~1276元/次之间。结论建议我国内地三甲医院住院安宁疗护实行按床日收费,定价可在1000元/日以上;居家安宁疗护实行按诊次收费,常规服务收费应综合考虑服务成本、服务地点、服务人员类型,制订不同标准;危重/临终患者服务收费可在900元~1200元/次之间。Objective To use the purchasing power parity(PPP)index of medical field to discount the current charging standard of hospice care service,while making recommendations on the tariffs of hospice services.Methods The 2017 World Bank Healthcare Purchasing Power Parity Index was used to convert hospice charges for inpatient and home care services in the United States,United Kingdom,Japan,Chines Hong Kong,and Chinese Taiwan.Results Charges for inpatient hospice services in each country/region ranged from CNY￥1487~2641/day,routine home hospice charges ranged from CNY￥300~1409 per visit,and home hospice charges for critically/terminally ill patients ranged from CNY￥964~1276 per visit.Conclusion It is suggested that inpatient hospice care in tertiary hospitals in China's Mainland can be charged per bed day,and the price can be more than CNY￥1000/day.Home hospice care should be charged according to the number of visits,and regular service charges should take into account the service cost,service location and service personnel type,and formulate different standards.Services for critical/terminal patients can range from CNY￥900 to 1200 per visit.
