摘　　要：围绕破解单体多院区医院治理的碎片化难题,上海市第六人民医院通过强化会议准备、会议组织以及成果落实等环节,强调党建引领,探索党建引领的科主任座谈会机制。该机制可协助现行制度框架解决复杂问题,可为大型单体多院区医院优化调研工具,推进同质化管理提供参考。Focusing on solving fragmented governance problems related to homogeneous development of single-body multi-campus hospitals,by strengthening the preparation,organization and implementation of the results,the leadership of Party construction,Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital explored the formation of department director's symposium mechanism led by Party construction.The mechanism could assist the existing institutional framework in addressing complex issues.This study provided reference by optimizing research tools for large single-body multi-campus hospital and promoting homogenization management.
