摘　　要：增强基层党支部的政治功能和组织功能是公立医院加强党的领导的必然要求。当前,基层党支部普遍存在意识形态掌控能力欠缺、组织效能不足、队伍质量不高、党建与业务工作相割裂等突出问题,对此,北京安贞医院锚定医院改革发展目标,以学科布局为基础,夯实党建堡垒,优化党员队伍,围绕中心工作积极推进支部内涵建设。提出支部工作“人”“事”两手抓、促进支部联建等思考和建议,可为增强基层党支部政治功能和组织功能、推进党建和业务工作融合提供路径参考。Enhancing the political and organizational functions of the grassroots Party branches is necessary for public hospitals to incorporate the Party leadership.Currently,the Party branches are faced with outstanding issues,such as the ineffective mastership over the ideology,the inefficiency of the branch operation,the irrationality of the Party membership structure,the separation of the Party leadership and the hospital governance.Beijing Anzhen Hospital has taken a series of measures to actively promote the connotation construction of the Party branches by anchoring hospital reform and development goals,basing on the discipline layout,ramming up the fortress of the Party,optimizing the team of the Party members.Furthermore,it is suggested that"people"and"things"should be focused on and that Party branches’coalition building be strengthened,which provides a reference path for enhancing the political and organizational functions of grass-roots party branches and promoting the integration of Party building and business work.
