摘　　要：通过调整聚合分散体系、缓冲剂、添加链转移剂等方式优化聚合工艺条件,制备一种高吸油率、皮膜覆盖率低的聚氯乙烯树脂,测试了该树脂的基本性能,分析了其粒径分布、流变性能及扫描电镜,该树脂适用于氯化专用树脂(CPVC)的原料。A kind of polyvinyl chloride resin with high oil absorption rate and low film coverage rate was prepared by adjusting the polymerization dispersion system and buffer solution,and adding chain transfer agent.The basic properties of the resin were tested and its particle size distribution rheological property scanning electron microscope.The resin was suitable for the raw material of the special chlorinated resin CPVC.
