摘  要:提出了一种乙炔和氯化氢部分混合冷冻新工艺,定义了混合比的概念,并在不同工况下对该工艺的脱水效果进行了可行性分析,如固定乙炔水含量,不同氯化氢水含量和不同乙炔与氯化氢摩尔配比下的工况分析,以及不同乙炔水含量的工况分析,并分析了该部分混合冷冻新工艺在特定工况下的节能效果;结果表明,氯化氢水含量低于1×10-3时即可采用该工艺;氯化氢水含量越低混合比越小,节能效果越显著;混合比<0.1时,节约冷冻盐水>40%,混合比<0.5时,节约冷冻盐水>20%。A new partial mixed freezing process of acetylene and hydrogen chloride is proposed in this paper,a new term of the mixing ratio is defined and the dewatering effect of this process is analyzed in different conditions,such as fixed acetylene water content,different hydrogen chloride water content,and different molar ratios of acetylene to hydrogen chloride,as well as analysis of operating conditions with different acetylene water content;and the energy-saving effect of this new partial mixed freezing process under specific operating conditions is analyzed.The results show that when the water content of hydrogen chloride is lower than 1×10-3,the process can be adopted;the lower the water content of hydrogen chloride is,the smaller the mixing ratio is,and the more significant the energy saving effect is;when the mixing ratio is less than 0.1,the saving of frozen brine is more than 40%,and when the mixing ratio is less than 0.5,the energy saving effect is more significant,save more than 20%of frozen saline.
