摘 要:薄板坯连铸连轧技术是钢铁工业革命性技术之一,具有高效、节能、环保的特征,是一种先进的钢铁制造技术。ESP与MCCR技术作为薄板坯连铸连轧技术的典型代表,实现了无头轧制生产,与传统热连轧技术相比具有全连续、流程短、产品薄、能耗低的突出优势。介绍了薄板坯连铸连轧技术的发展,对比分析了ESP与MCCR两种技术在工艺布置、关键装备、产品特点及产品范围等方面的差异性。最后,展望了无头轧制技术的发展,提出智能化与定制化将是其重要的发展方向。Thin slab casting and direct rolling technology is one of the revolutionary technologies in the steel industry,with the characteristics of high efficiency,energy saving and environmental protection,and it is an advanced steel manufacturing technology.As typical representatives of thin slab casting and direct rolling technology,ESP and MCCR technologies have realized endless rolling production.Compared with traditional hot tandem rolling technology,they have outstanding advantages of full continuity,short process,thin products and low energy consumption.The development of thin slab casting and direct rolling technology was introduced,and the differences between the two technologies of ESP and MCCR were compared and analyzed in terms of process layout,key equipment,product features and product scope.Finally,the development direction of endless rolling technology was prospected,and it was proposed that intelligence and customization will be the important development direction in the future.
