摘  要:近期在工件组织性能柔性控制研究方面又出现了新进展:提出同体多能、按需配用的理念,即在同一个工件的不同部位处,实现组织性能差异化,以便发挥出工件性能的最大潜力。介绍了几种实现同体性能差异化的方法,对差厚板、分区热处理、分区冷却等同体性能差异化手段进行了介绍,这种组织性能控制不仅要精确到每一件产品、还要精确到同一件产品中不同部位,能够最大程度地发挥出零部件性能在服役中承载的潜力。例如乘用车B柱,中部要求具有高强度,而端部要求具有良好的塑性,适当匹配同一零件上不同部位的强度和塑性,在满足承载性质不同要求的前提下,可以取得更加明显的节材减重效果。Recently,there has been new progress in the research of flexible control of workpiece microstructure and properties.A new idea which named tailor properties in the same part was proposed.It means the microstructure and properties to be different on different location in same part,so as to have a better load capacity.Several ways to get tailor properties are introduced such as tailor rolled blank,local heat treatment,local cooling and so on.This is not only pay attention to the whole part,but also focus on different local location when it was used to be a high bearing capacity.The purpose is utilized to their maximum potential.For example,as a B pilar in a car,there is the requirement of high strength in middle,but good plasticity at the ends.Matching the strength and plasticity on the different position of the B pilar,it would not only meet the need of loading,but also reduce the construction weight and cost.
