摘  要:随着绿色制造和节能减排的政策要求,汽车轻量化对薄规格带钢的需求量日益剧增,带钢的高强减薄化、高精度化对其厚度控制提出了极大挑战。针对某钢厂超高强汽车板生产过程中存在的厚度振荡、头尾厚度超差、控制稳定性低等问题,首次提出了冷连轧机全机架秒流量厚度控制概念。基于TMEIC系统,通过硬件设备与基础自动化系统的协调控制,实现了酸轧全机架秒流量控制的稳定应用与厚控系统的全面升级。开发了全机架秒流量厚度计算与控制模型,制定了最佳动态性能控制参数,大幅提升了头尾厚度控制能力,解决了超高强钢厚度振荡问题,FGC过程中带头厚度波动长度由30 m降至10 m内,全钢种厚度命中率提升约5%。With the policy requirements of green manufacturing and emission reduction,the demand for thin gauge strip of automobile lightweight is increasing rapidly.The requirement for high strength,reduced thickness and high precision of strip pose a great challenge to strip thickness control.Aiming at the thickness oscillation,oversize in thickness at head and tail ends,and the poor control stability in the production of thin gauge AHSS in a factory,the concept of mass flow thickness control of all stands oftandem cold rolling mill was proposed for the first time.Based on TMEIC system and through the coordinated control of hardware equipment and basic automation system,the steady application of mass flow control of all stands of PL-TCM and the comprehensive upgrading of the thickness control system was realized.The calculation and control model ofmass flow thickness of all stands of tandem cold rolling mill was developed,the optimal dynamic performance control parameters were formulated,which greatly improved the control ability of thickness at head and tail ends and solved the thickness oscillation of AHSS.The thickness fluctuation of strip head was reduced from 30 meters to less than 10 meters during FAG,and the thickness hit rate of all steels was increased by about 5%.
