摘 要:针对热连轧机组带钢板形控制中工作辊轴向横移量的优化设定,通过与出口板形分布的结合,建立了工作辊轴向横移量与出口板形分布设定模型;在此基础上,建立了以最佳板形为目标的工作辊轴向横移量优化目标函数,结合热连轧工艺与设备特点,开发了一套适用于七机架热连轧机组工作辊轴向横移量优化设定的软件,并选取了车轮钢、大梁钢进行了相关生产试验。结果表明:热连轧机组工作辊轴向横移设定对板形的影响效果明显,在车轮钢380CL、255PL和大梁钢510L、700L生产的板形优化中,板形值分别从优化前的18.1、17.7、20.4、18.6 I降至优化后的12.1、9.8、12.6、9.9 I,整体板形值平均优化率约为40%。Aiming at optimizing setting of the work roll axial shifting amount in the strip shape control of the hot continuous rolling mill,by combining with the exit shape distribution,the setting models of the work roll axial shifting amount and the exit shape distribution were established.On this basis,the optimal objective function for the axial shifting amount of the work rolls with the goal of the best strip shape was established,and a set of software suitable for optimizing setting of the work roll axial shifting amount of the seven-stand hot continuous rolling mill was developed in combination with the characteristics of the hot continuous rolling process and equipment,and the wheel steel and girder steel were selected for relevant production tests.The results show that the setting of the axial shifting of the work rolls in the hot continuous rolling mill has a significant effect on the strip shape.In the strip shape optimization of wheel steel 380CL and 255PL,and beam steel 510L and 700L,the strip shape values of 18.1,17.7,20.4,and 18.6 I before optimization were reduced to 12.1,9.8,12.6,and 9.9 I after optimization,and the average optimization rate of the overall shape value was about 40%.
