摘 要:为满足合金工具钢6150盘条的用途要求,设计了几组不同吐丝温度和冷却条件的控轧控冷工艺,并对实验盘条的同圈及头、尾部组织和拉伸性能进行了检测对比。结果表明:控轧控冷工艺对盘条不同部位的显微组织及强度有明显影响,采用吐丝温度880~910℃、轧后缓冷工艺的盘条头部搭接部位,及轧后风冷工艺的尾部散开部位出现心部马氏体组织,盘条抗拉强度大于1200 MPa,面缩率不大于25%;采用通条吐丝温度850~880℃,关风机入罩缓冷,风冷辊道速度0.24~0.30 m/s的工艺,可以获得通条均匀的珠光体+铁素体组织,盘条力学性能最佳。In order to meet the application requirements of alloy tool steel 6150 wire rod,several groups of controlled rolling and cooling processes with different spinning temperatures and cooling conditions were designed.The microstructure and tensile properties of the same coil,head and tail of the test wire rod were compared and analyzed.The results show that the controlled rolling and controlled cooling process has obvious effects on the microstructure and strength of different parts of the wire rod.The core martensitic structure appeared in the lap part of the head of the wire rod under the process with laying temperature of 880-910℃and slow cooling after rolling,and the spread part under tail of the air cooling process after rolling,the tensile strength of the wire rod was greater than 1200 MPa,and the surface shrinkage was less than 25%.All uniform pearlite+ferrite structure and the best mechanical properties of wire rod can be obtained by using the process of wire laying temperature 850-880℃,shut-off fan and slow cooling in cover,and roller table speed 0.24-0.30 m/s.
