摘　　要：数据是新型生产要素,是数字化、网络化、智能化的基础,汽车制造等传统行业想要数字化转型,实时监测和采集生产设备工艺数据是重要的前期工作。探讨基于OPC(开放式过程控制)技术来实现杜尔涂装机器人工艺数据采集,为将来的智能生产提供基础数据支持。Data is a new type of production factor,which is the foundation of digitalization,networking and Intelligentization.If traditional industries such as automobile manufacturing are to undergo digital transformation,real-time monitoring and acquisition of process data from production equipment is an important preliminary work.Process data acquisition for durr painting robot based on OPC(open process control)technology is discussed,which provides basic data support for the future intelligent production.
