摘 要:以波动理论力学为基础,结合冲击机械动力学理论,对凿岩机冲击凿岩过程进行动力学分析。根据岩石的力学模型和边界条件通过波动力学理论推导钎杆回弹速度的计算公式,分析凿岩机在进行凿岩作业过程中的钎杆回弹现象及其对凿岩机产生的不利影响。为减少钎杆回弹对机体的冲击破坏,并延长凿岩机的使用寿命,设计一种钎杆回弹缓冲装置,并对其进行动力学分析,应用MATLAB/Simulink进行动力学仿真建模,得出该结构的运动性能曲线,验证该缓冲装置结构设计的合理性。Based on the wave theory mechanics and combined with the dynamic theory of impact machinery,a dynamic analysis of the percussive drilling process of the rock drill is carried out.According to the mechanical model and boundary conditionsof rocks,the formula for calculating the rebound velocity of the drill rod is deduced through the wave mechanics theory,and the rebound phenomenon of the drill rod during rock drilling operationoperation of the rock drill and its negative impact on the rock drill are analyzed.To reduce the percussive damage of the drill rod rebound on the rock drill and extend the service life of the rock drill,a rebound buffer device for the drill rod is designed and dynamically analyzed,and MATLAB/Simulink is applied for dynamic simulation modeling to obtain the motion performance curve of the structure and to verify the reasonableness of the structural design of the buffer device.
