摘  要:闭式叶轮是循环水泵的重要组成零件,形状较复杂,为保证闭式叶轮的产品质量,必须对其进行无损检测。基于南方冬季温度低不利于着色渗透检测的现状,以闭式叶轮为例,对低温环境下着色渗透检测的影响因素进行分析,提出适用于低温环境下着色渗透检测工艺参数的鉴定方法,同时根据企业实际生产条件,得出在低温环境下可有效实施着色渗透检测的措施和方法。Closed impeller is an important component of circulating water pump,with a complex shape,and nondestructive testing must be conducted to ensure the product quality of the closed impeller.Based on the status quo that the low temperature in southern winter is not conducive to dye penetrant testing,taking the closed impeller as an example,the influencing factors of dye penetrant testing in low temperature environment are analyzed,and the identification method for process parameters of dye penetrant testing in low temperature environment is proposed.At the same time,based on the actual production conditions of the enterprise,the measures and methods for effective implementation of the dye penetrant testing in low temperature environment are concluded.
