摘  要:纯电动矿车目前普遍采用安全、稳定的磷酸铁锂动力电池储能,100 t以上纯电动矿车功率需求大、带电量多,若采用现有1000 V以下充电设备充电,会导致电流过大,系统损耗增加,充电难度大等问题。采用1500 V直流母线电压能有效解决以上问题,但充电装置如功率模块、充电枪等需定制,成本高,不利于技术推广。利用牵引变流器“四象限”特性,车辆运行时牵引变流器处于逆变或整流状态,控制牵引电机实施牵引或电制动;停车充电时牵引变流器处于整流状态,作为充电机为电池充电,从而实现减少地面充电设备部件投入的目的。At present,battery electric mining trucks generally use safe and stable lithium iron phosphate traction batteries for energy storage.The battery electric mining trucks of over 100 t require a high power and a high battery capacity,while the use of the existing charging equipment below 1000 V will lead to problems such as excessive current,increased system losses and charging difficulties.The use of a DC bus voltage of 1500 V can effectively solve the above problems,but charging devices such as power modules and charging guns need to be customized,which is costly and not conducive to technical promotion.Based on the“fourquadrant”characteristics of the traction converter,the traction converter is in an inverter or rectifier state when the truck is travelling,controlling the traction motor to perform traction or electric braking.The traction converter is in a rectifier state when the truck is parked for charging,serving as a charger to charge the batteries,so as to realize the purpose of reducing the investment of ground charging equipment.
