摘  要:针对塔机作业安全及维护的问题,设计出基于数字孪生系统的塔机应用开发平台,以实现塔机的可视化实时监测,以及对塔机结构的分析与预测。该平台通过ANSYS模型文件的导入与分析、3D动画设计等技术,结合数据库设计,能够获取塔机实时数据并建立不同型号塔机实时工作状态的有限元分析模型,还可根据计算结果实现不同型号塔机结构性能的实时分析。In view of the operation safety and maintenance problems of tower cranes,an application development platform for tower cranes based on digital twin system is designed to realize the visualized real-time monitoring of tower cranes,as well as the analysis and prediction of the tower crane structure.Through the technologies of import and analysis of ANSYS model files and 3D animation design,combined with the database design,the platform is able to obtain real-time data of the tower crane and establish finite element analysis models of the real-time working states of different models of tower cranes,and realize the real-time analysis of the structural performance of different models of tower cranes based on the calculation results.
