摘  要:针对矿用车散热器风道会辐射出因发动机运转而产生的空气动力性噪声,且噪声强度高的问题,设计散热器进气消声装置。介绍进气消声装置的结构组成和消声降噪原理,同时对关重元件进行结构分析。应用Sysnoise软件模拟计算消声装置声传递损失,利用Fluent软件计算消声装置内部流动阻力,并对消声装置进行消声量试验测试,实测结果表明所设计的散热器进气消声装置符合模拟计算结果和设计要求。In view of the aerodynamic noise emitted by the radiator duct of the mining truck due to engine operation and the high noise intensity,a radiator intake silencer is designed.The structure and noise reduction principle of the intake silencer are introduced,and the structures of key components are analyzed.The software Sysnoise is applied to simulate and calculate the sound transmission loss of the silencer,the software Fluent is applied to calculate the flow resistance inside the silencer,and the noise reduction capacity of the silencer is tested.The measured results show that the designed radiator intake silencer meets the simulation and calculation results and design requirements.
