摘  要:42CrMo钢是推土机变速器齿轮的常用材质,但由于传统表面淬火工艺对齿轮变形较大,造成加工余量大、硬度不均匀、寿命下降等问题。分析42CrMo材质齿圈应用离子氮化工艺的可行性,并对两种热处理工艺的微观组织、耐磨性进行对比试验。试块按两种热处理方式,分别为调质+表面淬火和调质+离子渗氮工艺。通过试验研究得出,推土机变速器齿圈42CrMo钢运用离子氮化处理工艺满足齿轮寿命要求,为推土机变速器设计提供参考。42CrMo Steel is a commonly used material for transmission gears of dozers,but due to the large deformation of gears caused by traditional surface quenching process,it has caused problems such as large machining allowance,uneven hardness and decreased service life.The feasibility of applying ion nitriding process to the gear ring made of 42CrMo is analyzed,and a comparative test on the microstructure and wear resistance of the two heat treatment processes is conducted.The test blocks are subjected to two heat treatment processes,namely,tempering+surface quenching and tempering+ion nitriding process.Through the experimental study,it is concluded that the application of ion nitriding process on 42CrMo steel for the dozer transmission gear ring meets the service life requirements of the gear,which provides reference for the design of the dozer transmission.
