摘 要:我国的智能矿山建设已经初具规模,数字化、信息化和智能化技术大量应用。针对盘式制动器在使用过程中摩擦材料凭经验定期更换,无法准确判断其失效程度的现状,研制一种制动器在线检测系统,打造智能制动器。在介绍斜井运输设备制动器分类的基础上,分析现有盘式制动器在使用过程中存在的问题,详细介绍应用于斜井运输设备的智能制动器,对其工作原理、监控系统的设计以及全冗余恒转矩液压站等分别进行阐述。The construction of intelligent mines in China has taken shape,with a wide application of digital,information and intelligent technologies.Based on the current situation that the friction material of the disc brake is replaced periodically by experience and the degree of its failure cannot be accurately determined,an online test system for the brake is developed to create an intelligent brake.On the basis of introducing the classification of brakes for inclined shaft transportation equipment,the problems of existing disc brakes in the process of use are analyzed,the intelligent brake applied to inclined shaft transportation equipment is introduced in detail,and its working principle,design of monitoring system and fullredundancy constant-torque hydraulic station are elaborated respectively.
