摘　　要：某款推土机推土试验40 h后,出现1挡状态下,发动机由高怠速降至低怠速过程中,系统压力下降至额定值以下,存在变速器离合器压力安全系数不足的问题。通过理论分析及试验验证,推土机用动力换挡变速器1挡旋转密封环存在异常磨损,同时总结类似问题的临时解决方案及最终解决办法。After 40 h of dozing test on a dozer,there is a system pressure drop below the rated value during the process of the engine speed descending from high idle to low idle in the 1st gear state,resulting in insufficient safety coefficient of transmission and clutch pressure.Through theoretical analysis and experimental verification,it is found that abnormal wear exists on the rotary seal ring of the 1st gear of the power-shift transmission of the dozer,and the temporary solution and final solution of similar problems are summarized.
