摘 要:油田施工为工程起重机的常用施工工况。近年来,随着油井深度、井架重量提升,对起重设备的起重能力、作业平稳性要求不断提高。越野轮胎起重机变幅低角度作业,是油田井架作业的典型应用。当起重机程序限制仰角,变幅角度低于作业范围时无法进行吊载,这时在低角度大负载的工况需求下,要对作业条件进行提升,通过液控技术改进,以及安全控制程序优化,实现低仰角吊载。Oi lf ield const ruct ion is a common construction condition for engineering cranes.In recent years,with the increasing of oil well depth and derrick weight,higher requirements for lifting capacity and operational stability of cranes are proposed.The derricking low-angle operation of the rough-terrain tyre crane is a typical application for oilfield derrick operation.When the crane program restricts the elevation angle,the derricking angle is lower than the operating range,resulting in unable lifting.In this condition of low angle and heavy load,it is necessary to improve the operating conditions,and through improvement of hydraulic control technology and optimization of safety control program,lifting under low elevation angle is achieved.
