摘　　要：进入新时代,建设世界科技强国,实现高水平科技自立自强,都对科技创新工作提出了更高要求。孵化载体作为培育科技型企业的主战场,是最具活力的创新主体。科技情报服务的主要使命是支持科技创新、支持科学决策[1],科技情报服务在孵化载体引育高层次人才、孵育科技型企业工作中起到了举足轻重的作用。本文系统诠释了科技情报服务对于孵化载体建设工作的重要性,分析了孵化载体利用科技情报服务提升孵化服务能力过程中存在的问题,提出了实施创新驱动发展战略背景下科技情报服务助力孵化载体高质量发展的思路建议。Entering the new era,the construction of the world's scientific and technological power and the realization of highlevel scientific and technological self-reliance have put forward higher requirements for scientific and technological innovation.As the main battlefield for cultivating scientific and technological enterprises,incubation carriers are the most dynamic innovation subjects.The main mission of science and technology information service is to support science and technology innovation and scientific decision-making[1],and science and technology information service plays a pivotal role in the incubation of highlevel talents and technology-based enterprises.This paper systematically explains the importance of science and technology information services for the construction of incubation vectors,analyzes the problems existing in the process of incubation vectors using science and technology information services to improve incubation service capabilities,and puts forward suggestions on how to implement science and technology information services to help the high-quality development of incubation vectors under the background of innovation-driven development strategy.
