摘  要:介绍了两座给水厂的排泥水处理规模、建设与运行模式和处理工艺;对比了两座给水厂的排泥水处理效果和成本.数据显示,两座水厂的排泥水系统浓缩池上清液SS均处于较低水平,泥粉含水率均能达到要求,浓缩池上清液回用后均对出厂水水质没有造成影响;使用"重力浓缩池-离心机脱水"工艺电耗明显低于"高效浓缩池-板框机脱水"工艺,自主建设模式的排泥水项目其排泥水处理综合单位成本低于外购服务模式,但增加的单位制水成本差异不大,如按照目前外购排泥水服务的形式自行投资运营,预测可以大大减低处理成本.This paper briefly introduces the treatment scale,construction and operation mode and treatment process of the two waterworks.By comparing the treatment effect and cost of the two waterworks,the data show that the clear liquid SS of the concentrate tank of the sludge water treatment system in both water plants is at a low level,the moisture content of the sludge can meet the requirements,and the clear liquid of the concentrated tank has no impact on the quality of the factory water after reuse.The power consumption of“gravity concentration pool-centrifuge dehydration”process is significantly lower than that of“efficient concentration pool-plate and frame machine dehydration”process.The comprehensive unit cost of sludge water treatment in the project of independent construction mode is lower than that of the outsourcing service mode,but the increased unit water production cost is not different.If the investment and operation in the current form of outsourcing sludge water treatment service,it is predicted that the treatment cost can be greatly reduced.
