摘　　要：结合原设计图纸、现有规范要求及业主需求,在保证安全前提下,探讨烂尾楼改造中消防设计的方案比选.提出了消防泵房在不改变位置前提下,尽可能利用地形地势满足安全使用要求,给出了消防水池、屋顶消防水箱间为满足现有规范改造时可采取的多种方案并进行对比分析,研究在改造时既能满足现有规范要求又能与原已施工部分很好对接,致力于在完成项目同时又解决客户需求,为后续类似项目做参考.Based on the original design drawings,existing specification requirements,and owner's needs,while ensuring safety,explore the comparison and selection of fire protection design schemes in the renovation of unfinished buildings.Proposed that the fire pump room should make the most of the terrain and terrain to meet the requirements of safe use without changing its location,and provided various solutions that can be adopted for the renovation of the fire water tank and roof fire water tank to meet the existing specifications.Comparative analysis was conducted to study that the renovation can not only meet the existing specification requirements but also be well connected with the original construction part.We are committed to completing the project while also addressing customer needs,Provide reference for similar projects in the future.
