低频脉冲电疗法配合穴位护理对产后尿潴留的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨低频脉冲电疗法配合穴位护理对产妇尿潴留情况的治疗效果。方法选取本院2020年10月至2021年1月接收的孕产妇120例作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法的形式将患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组实施产后常规护理,观察组实施低频脉冲电疗法配合穴位护理。对比两组患者的临床治疗效果、首次排尿时间、首次排尿量、残余尿量和平均尿流率。结果对照组产妇中显效31例,有效14例,总有效率75.00%;观察组显效、有效的依次是46例、11例,总有效率95.00%,两组的效果差异显著,P<0.05;观察组产妇产后首次排尿时间、首次排尿量、残余尿量和平均尿流率均优于对照组,各指标数据差异显著,P均<0.05。护理前两组生活质量各项评分对比无差异,P>0.05;护理后两组生活质量各项评分均提升,但明显观察组各项评分高于对照组,P<0.05。护理前两组睡眠质量评分对比无差异,P>0.05;护理后两组睡眠质量评分均降低,但明显观察组睡眠质量评分低于对照组,P<0.05。观察组护理满意度明显高于对照组,两组护理满意度比较,P<0.05。结论低频脉冲电疗法配合穴位护理的整体效果明显,预防和减少了产后尿潴留的发生,存在积极的影响,可明显缩短首次排尿时间,提高平均尿流率,改善产妇产后生活质量及睡眠质量,治疗效果良好,护理满意度增强。Objective To investigate the effect of low frequency pulse electrotherapy combined with acupoint nursing on maternal urinary retention.Methods A total of 120 pregnant women admitted to our hospital from October 2020 to January 2021 were selected as research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method.The control group received postpartum routine nursing,and the observation group received low-frequency pulse electrotherapy combined with acupoint nursing.The clinical treatment effect,first urination time,first urination volume,residual urine volume and average urine flow rate were compared between the two groups.Results In the control group,31 cases were effective,14 cases were effective,the total effective rate was 75.00%.In the observation group,46 cases and 11 cases were obvious and effective,the total effective rate was 95.00%,and the effect difference between the two groups was significant,P<0.05.The first postpartum urination time,the first postpartum urination volume,the residual urine volume and the average urine flow rate in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences in each index data were significant,P<0.05.There was no difference in sleep quality scores between the two groups before nursing,P>0.05;After nursing,the sleep quality score of both groups decreased,but the sleep quality score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.The nursing satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the nursing satisfaction of two groups was compared,P<0.05.Conclusions Low frequency pulse electrotherapy combined with acupoint nursing has an obvious overall effect,preventing and reducing the occurrence of postpartum urinary retention,and has a positive effect,which can significantly shorten the first urination time and increase the average urine flow rate,and the treatment effect is good.
