摘　　要：目的探析积极产后访视和干预应用于产妇产后康复中的效果。方法将在2021年3月至2022年3月我辖区分娩后的产妇120例纳入本次研究,以随机数字表法分成两组,各60例,以常规产后指导的产妇纳入对照组,以积极产后访视妇女保健干预的产妇纳入研究组。评价干预前后两组产妇产后相关知识的掌握能力评分,产妇产后并发症及新生儿并发症,满意度。结果干预后,两组对于产后相关知识的掌握能力评分较干预前提升,研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组产妇产后并发症及新生儿并发症发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组产妇对于护理干预的总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将积极的产后访视和妇女保健干预应用于产妇产后康复中可显著提升产妇对于产后康复相关知识的掌握能力,对于减少产后并发症及新生儿并发症具有积极的意义。Objective To explore the effectiveness and impact of active postpartum visits and interventions in postpartum rehabilitation of postpartum women.Methods A total of 120 postpartum women who gave birth in our jurisdiction from March 2021 to March 2022 were included in this study.They were randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group,one group receiving routine postpartum guidance as the control group,and the other group receiving active postpartum visits and women's health interventions as the research group.Two groups of pregnant women were evaluated for their ability to master postpartum related knowledge before and after intervention,as well as their satisfaction with postpartum and neonatal complications.Results After the intervention,the scores of postpartum related knowledge mastery in the two groups improved compared to before the intervention,and the research group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The postpartum and neonatal complications of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of the study group's postpartum women with intervention was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of active postpartum visits and women's health interventions in postpartum rehabilitation of postpartum women can significantly improve their ability to master knowledge related to postpartum rehabilitation,reduce postpartum and neonatal complications.
