聚甲酚磺醛栓剂应用在宫颈糜烂治疗中的临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的评估宫颈糜烂患者应用聚甲酚磺醛栓剂进行治疗的有效。方法纳入2022年1月至2023年1月山东电力中心医院收治的宫颈糜烂患者78例,按照随机数字表法分为两组,参照组(n=39)给予常规治疗,研究组(n=39)给予聚甲酚磺醛栓剂治疗,对两组宫颈糜烂患者的疗效加以对比。结果研究组治疗总有效率为97.44%高于参照组,P<0.05。研究组白细胞介素-6(244.51±17.87)ng/L、白细胞介素-8(14.16±1.71)pg/L、肿瘤坏死因子-α(5.16±0.41)ng/L低于参照组,P<0.05。研究组症状评分更低,包括糜烂面积(0.81±0.03)分、糜烂程度(0.41±0.04)分、白带清洁度(0.31±0.02)分、伴随症状评分(1.00±0.21)分,P<0.05。研究组的不良反应(疼痛、出血、烧灼感、瘙痒、水肿)发生率7.69%与参照组相比更低,P<0.05。与参照组相比,研究组的社会功能(93.49±2.03)分、躯体功能(92.39±3.43)分、精神功能(92.15±3.23)分和心理功能评分(91.90±3.23)分更高,P<0.05。结论宫颈糜烂实行聚甲酚磺醛栓剂治疗的效果显著,有利于提高疗效,改善预后,且能明显降低患者炎症指标。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of polycresol sulfonal suppository in the treatment of cervical erosion.Methods Seventy-eight patients with cervical erosion admitted to Shandong Electric Power Central Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were included and divided into two groups according to random number table method.The reference group(n=39)was given conventional treatment,and the study group(n=39)was given polycresol sulfonal suppository treatment.The efficacy of the two groups of cervical erosion patients was compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.44%higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Interleukin-6(244.51±17.87)ng/L,interleukin-8(14.16±1.71)pg/L,tumor necrosis factor-α(5.16±0.41)ng/L in study group were lower than those in reference group,P<0.05.Symptom scores of the study group were lower,including erosion area(0.81±0.03)points,erosion degree(0.41±0.04)points,leucorrhea cleanliness(0.31±0.02)points,and associated symptom score(1.00±0.21),P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions(pain,bleeding,burning sensation,pruritus,edema)in the study group was 7.69%lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of social function(93.49±2.03),physical function(92.39±3.43),mental function(92.15±3.23)and psychological function(91.90±3.23)were higher in the study group,P<0.05.Conclusions The suppository of polycresol sulfonal in the treatment of cervical erosion has a significant effect,which is conducive to improving the curative effect and prognosis,and can significantly reduce the inflammatory indicators of patients,so it is worth popularizing.
