四君子汤在中医内科疾病脾胃气虚症中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的评价在中医内科疾病脾胃气虚症中应用四君子汤的效果。方法以病例编号奇偶法将本院中医内科在2021年6月至2022年6月收治的64例脾胃气虚症患者分为两组,其中32例纳入观察组,余32例纳入对照组,全部患者诊疗资料均完整。观察组应用四君子汤治疗,对照组应用常规西药治疗,评价组间治疗情况。结果观察组临床总有效率较高,炎性因子水平、不良反应率、复发率、临床症状积分较低,临床症状消失时间较短,各项指标与对照组间差异具有价值(P<0.05)。结论四君子汤治疗中医内科疾病脾胃气虚症的价值显著,可抑制炎性反应,促进疾病症状消失,同时还可降低疾病复发风险,且疗效与安全性均较高。Objective To evaluate the effect of Sijunzi decoction on spleen,stomach and qi deficiency in TCM internal medicine.Methods A total of 64 patients with spleen and stomach qi deficiency admitted to the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were divided into two groups by case number parity method.32 of them were included in the observation group and the remaining 32 were included in the control group.The diagnosis and treatment data of all patients were complete.The observation group was treated with Sijunzi decoction,and the control group was treated with conventional western medicine.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher,the level of inflammatory factors,the rate of adverse reactions,the rate of recurrence and the score of clinical symptoms were lower,and the time of clinical symptoms disappearing was shorter.There was a significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Sijunzi Decoction has a significant value in the treatment of spleen and stomach qi deficiency,which can inhibit inflammatory response,promote the disappearance of disease symptoms,and reduce the risk of disease recurrence,with high efficacy and safety.
