摘　　要：目的观察穴位按摩对肾穿刺术后尿潴留的护理效果。方法纳入2021年4~11月于福建中医药大学附属人民医院住院治疗的90例肾穿刺术后患者,随机分为穴位按摩组(30例)、艾灸组(30例)和常规组(30例)。对比3组的尿潴留发生率、初次排尿时间、疗治疗效果及满意度。结果穴位按摩组、艾灸组和常规组的尿潴留发生率分别为16.75%、40.0%和40.0%,初次排尿时间分别为(2.8±1.1)h、(3.9±1.3)h、(4.9±1.3)h,治疗总有效率分别为86.7%、66.7%和56.7%,满意度评分分别为(8.96±1.23)分、(8.11±1.42)分、(7.05±1.16)分,组间差异均有统计学意义。结论穴位按摩有助于降低肾穿刺术后尿潴留发生率,临床疗效好。Objective To observe the nursing effect of acupressure on urinary retention after renal puncture.Methods Ninety patients who were hospitalized in the Affiliated People's Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April to November 2021 after renal puncture were included and randomly divided into the acupressure group(n=30),the moxibustion group(n=30)and the routine group(n=30).The incidence of urinary retention,time to first urination,efficacy and satisfaction of the three groups were compared.Results The incidence of urinary retention in the acupressure group,moxibustion group and routine group was 16.75%,40.0%,and 40.0%,respectively;the time to initial urination was(2.8±1.1)h,(3.9±1.3)h,and(4.9±1.3)h;the overall efficacy rates were 86.7%,66.7%,and 56.7%,respectively;the satisfaction scores were(8.96±1.23)points,(8.11±1.42)points,and(7.05±1.16)points,respectively,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant.Conclusions Acupressure helps to reduce the incidence of urinary retention after renal puncture with good clinical efficacy.
