交通事故外伤患者120急救转运及护理效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析交通事故外伤患者120急救转运及护理效果。方法回顾性分析我院2021年9月至2022年9月收治的80例交通事故外伤患者的临床资料,通过总结80例交通事故外伤患者120急救转运及护理措施,分析有效的120急救转运及护理对挽救重型外伤患者生命的临床效果。结果80例交通事故外伤患者在拨打120电话后,救护车迅速赶到,并及时予以120急救转运及护理,均成功、安全转运,其中有1例患者到院后由于呼吸骤停、脑干衰竭,经家属要求,放弃抢救导致死亡,急救有效率为98.75%;交通事故外伤患者及其家属对120急救转运及护理的总满意度为100%。结论针对交通事故外伤患者的救治中予以及时的院前120急救护理,同时配合有效的转运干预,可促进转运效果提升,有效缩短患者急救时间,提高急救成功率和转运成功率,继而确保患者生命安全,并获得患者及其家属较高的护理评价。Objective To analyze the emergency transport and nursing effect of 120 patients with traffic accident trauma.Methods The clinical data of 80 cases of traffic accident trauma admitted to our hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.By summarizing 120 emergency transport and nursing measures of 80 cases of traffic accident trauma,the clinical effect of effective 120 emergency transport and nursing on saving the lives of patients with severe trauma was analyzed.Results Eighty cases of traffic accident trauma patients after dialing 120 phone,ambulance arrived quickly,and timely to give 120 emergency transport and nursing,all successfully and safely transferred,of which 1 patient to hospital due to respiratory arrest,brain stem failure,at the request of family members,gave up rescue resulting in death,the emergency effective rate of 98.75%.The total satisfaction of the patients and their families to the 120 emergency transport and nursing was 100%.Conclusions In the treatment of traffic accident trauma patients,timely 120 pre-hospital emergency care,combined with effective transport intervention,can promote the improvement of transport effect,effectively shorten the first aid time of patients,improve the success rate of first aid and transport,and then ensure the life safety of patients,and obtain a higher nursing evaluation of patients and their families.
