间苯三酚促进产程进展及减少宫颈水肿的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究间苯三酚在促进产程进展和减少宫颈水肿方面的效果。方法129例分娩产妇,随机分为对照组(65例)和观察组(64例)。对照组产程中采用缩宫素进行常规干预,观察组产程中采用间苯三酚联合缩宫素进行干预。对比两组产妇的产程情况和宫颈水肿发生率。结果观察组第一产程、第二产程、第三产程、总产程时间分别为(404.24±78.97)、(39.11±7.64)、(7.36±1.44)、(450.71±86.90)min,明显短于对照组的(643.28±122.05)、(42.93±8.17)、(8.37±1.59)、(694.58±132.27)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组宫颈水肿发生率12.50%(8/64)明显低于对照组的40.00%(26/65),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对产妇应用间苯三酚能有效促进产程的进展,并减轻宫颈水肿发生几率,值得推荐。Objective To study the effect of phloroglucinol in promoting labor progress and reducing cervical edema.Methods A total of 129 parturients were randomly divided into control group(65 cases)and observation group(64 cases).The control group received oxytocin for routine intervention,and the observation group received phloroglucinol combined with oxytocin for intervention.The labor duration and incidence of cervical edema were compared between the two groups.Results The duration of first,second,third stages of labor and total duration of labor in the observation group were(404.24±78.97),(39.11±7.64),(7.36±1.44)and(450.71±86.90)min,which were significantly shorter than those of(643.28±122.05),(42.93±8.17),(8.37±1.59)and(694.58±132.27)min in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of cervical edema in the observation group was 12.50%(8/64),which was significantly lower than that of 40.00%(26/65)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of phloroglucinol to parturient women can effectively promote the labor progress and reduce the incidence of cervical edema,which is worth recommending.
