摘 要:伴随着传统能源的枯竭,新能源电动汽车不断发展,其中双有源桥(DAB)电路作为电动汽车的动力结构部分起着重要作用。为提升DAB变换器效率,在此分析电感电流和输出功率的关系。以电感电流有效值最小进行优化,推导全功率范围所有开关管实现零电压开通(ZVS)的条件,并进行算法的拟合。搭建了1 kW的原理样机,并验证上述优化的可行性和正确性,实现开关管的软开关,提升变换器的工作效率。With the depletion of traditional energy,new energy electric vehicles are developing continuously,in which dual active bridge(DAB)circuit plays an important role as the power structure of electric vehicles.In order to improve the efficiency of DAB converter,the relationship between inductor current and output power is analyzed.The conditions for zero voltage switching(ZVS)of all switches in full power range are derived by optimizing the minimum effective value of inductance current,and the algorithm is fitted.A 1 kW prototype is built,and the feasibility and correctness of the above optimization are verified.The soft switching of the switch is realized,and the working efficiency of the converter is improved.
