中药封包加醒神开窍针刺法治疗中风痉挛性偏瘫的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析中药封包、醒神开窍针刺方法联用对中风痉挛性偏瘫的临床效果。方法随机选取2020年4月—2021年12月河源德康医院住院以及门诊收治的60例中风痉挛性偏瘫患者为研究对象,结合单盲随机对照法划分成对照组、治疗组,各30例。对照组接受常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加以中药封包和醒神开窍针刺方法。比较两组疗效、神经功能缺损得分、肢体功能得分以及日常生活能力得分。结果治疗组总有效率为96.67%高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.405,P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组的神经功能缺损评分低于对照组,肢体功能及日常生活能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药封包、醒神开窍针刺方法联用对中风痉挛性偏瘫临床效果理想,能提升患者的疗效和日常生活能力,改善其肢体功能,减轻其神经功能缺损。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation and Xingshenkaiqiao acupuncture methods on spastic hemiplegia due to stroke.Methods 60 stroke patients with spastic hemiplegia who were inpatients and outpatients at Heyuan Dekang Hospital from April 2020 to December 2021 were randomly selected as the study objects and divided into a control group and a treatment group of 30 cases each based on the single-blind randomized control method.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,while the treatment group received traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation and Xingshenkaiqiao acupuncture methods on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,neurological deficit scores,limb function scores and daily living ability scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(73.33%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.405,P<0.05).After treatment,the neurological impairment score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,and the score of limb function and daily living ability were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine encapsulation and Xingshenkaiqiao acupuncture method has an ideal clinical effect on spastic hemiplegia due to stroke.It can improve the patient's efficacy and daily living ability,improve their limb function,and reduce their neurological deficit.
