摘 要:目的分析与探讨声带白斑患者应用窄带成像联合显微镜下CO_(2)激光手术治疗的临床疗效。方法随机选取2020年1月-2022年12月期间厦门弘爱医院60例来院接受声带白斑治疗的患者作为研究对象。按照随机数表法划分为两组,包括观察组30例(均接受窄带成像联合显微镜下CO_(2)激光手术治疗)、对照组30例(均接受电子喉镜下手术治疗),针对两组嗓音及声带功能、临床疗效、复发率及并发症发生率展开比较与分析。结果观察组手术后基频微扰、振幅微扰、声带黏膜波评分、声带振动对称性评分统计结果均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床总疗效为96.67%高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.705,P<0.05);观察组复发率及并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过应用窄带成像联合显微镜下CO_(2)激光手术方法对声带白斑患者实施临床治疗,能够显著改善其嗓音功能及声带功能,其临床疗效突出,且复发率低,并发症少,因而值得普及。Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical efficacy of narrow-band imaging combined with CO_(2)laser surgery under a microscope in patients with vocal cord leukoplakia.Methods 60 patients who received treatment for vocal cord leukoplakia at Xiamen Hong'ai Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were randomly selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,including an observation group of 30 cases(all received narrow-band imaging combined with CO_(2)laser surgery under a microscope)and a control group of 30 cases(all received surgery under an electronic laryngoscope).The voice and vocal cord function,clinical efficacy,recurrence rate and complication rate of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The statistical results of fundamental frequency perturbation,amplitude perturbation,vocal cord mucosal wave score,and vocal cord vibration symmetry score after surgery in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical efficacy of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than that of the control group 73.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.705,P<0.05).The rate of recurrence and complications of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical treatment of patients with vocal cord leukoplakia by applying narrow-band imaging combined with CO_(2)laser surgery under a microscope can significantly improve their voice function and vocal cord function.The clinical efficacy is outstanding,the recurrence rate is low,and there are few complications,so it is worthy of popularization.
